"Universe" by its very definition is the set of everything,so nothing can exist outside of this set.
He developes, and executes the following experimental Method:
I will visit all the coordinate points in the Space-Time continuum to detect/or not detect the presence of Jahovah.
He visits all areas close to C-University, but does not detect Jahovah.
He suspects that Jahovah could be in Washington D C.
He visits/explores all areas of Washington D C , but still does not detect Jahovah
Aware that this exercise could quickly become tedious he realizes that better experimental apparatus is needed.
What is needed is a Teleportation machine that will transport him to any Space-Time coordinate point.
After obtaining the appropriate apparatus, he continues his Experiment.
He visits all areas of NYC and Washington D C,
Still no presence of Jahovah is detected
It then occurs to 'YoungJohn M' that Jahovah not only can shift position in the Space-Time Continuum,
but can also shift His time- envelope, and could very well be in NYC or Washington D C, in the year yyyy?
Thus what is needed is a Teleportation machine appropriate for Experimental rigor:

This "DualNature" has its origin in 'The Fall from Grace' of Sapien where Adam and Eve by disobeying Jahovah in eating the fruit from the "Tree of Knowledge."
Sapien lost innocence, gained the ability to discern? good from evil ?(really 'GIBear' ?), and the ability to exploit knowledge to enhance their material well-being( a blessing.) But also a inherited a curse:

that Jahovah(supposedly so powerful and mighty) could be so humble and allow Himself (Recall there were many non-Roman legions available!-- which showed up approx 2 hundred years later -- circa 255 AD[with appearance of "TheGoths" in SpaceTime] such a death.
Nailed to a tree like a common criminal !
Not to mention the humble circumstances surrounding His birth.
'MikieG,' It just does not seem reasonable!
So much so, that many Muslims,still today, maintain that Jesus Christ of Narareth is merely a Prophet.
