The Q? needs to be asked here: Do these actions by TheConsensus" contribute to these actions?
Sources indicate that in every one of these incidentsthere were signals/RedFlags which
should have been detected before 'blasts' initiated actions.

For "Red Flags" to be effective,these need to be followed up by surveillance.
Just when are we going to get serious and institute EXTREME MENTORING/MONITORING?
Any person in our society waving these Red Flags should be contacted by a SocialWorker/PoliceOfficer
to determine what the problem is;
and agree to attend a Program of mentoring/counselling sessions,or else, be incarcerated.
